1

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 208 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 208 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 208 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

This platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation on this platform is lawful in their location.

2

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

To access the full range of 208 services, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without a refund of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 208 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other official documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 208 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from user negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by another party without your authorisation, you must contact the 208 customer support team immediately.

Users are prohibited from using another person's account, sharing account access, or allowing a third party to use their account on their behalf. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3

Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information

All financial transactions on the 208 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 208 accepts a variety of payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital payment methods supported by the platform from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's payment page and is subject to change without prior notice. Funds deposited into your gaming account will be credited once payment is confirmed by the system. 208 is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment processors.

Winnings will be paid out via the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a method verified by the user. All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review and verification before approval. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are stated on the user's account page.

208 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for security review, compliance, or identity verification purposes. Any bonuses received are subject to the specified rollover requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.

Important information regarding transactions:
  • All amounts in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
  • Users are responsible for any bank charges imposed by their own financial institution
  • 208 reserves the right to decline any suspicious deposit or withdrawal request without providing a reason
  • Winnings obtained through system abuse or exploitation of bugs are not eligible for withdrawal

Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct

Users are required to use the 208 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the system designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 208 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or other tools to play or place bets
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
  • Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is entirely prohibited under local law

208 uses monitoring technology to detect unusual activity. Any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out. 208's decision in such matters is final.

208 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 208 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or unavoidable loss of access. 208's direct liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

208 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, a request by relevant authorities, or any other reason 208 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Users may also request closure of their own account at any time through the customer support channel.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 208 reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds in the account until the investigation is concluded. If a breach is established, those funds may be forfeited. Accounts closed at the user's own request may withdraw any remaining balance, subject to standard review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 208 platform, including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 208 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 208.
